GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These General Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms”) govern the commercial relationship between KING BARCELONA SL and the user or client who makes an online purchase at KING BARCELONA SL through the forms available on its website WWW.KINGBARCELONA.COM

These changes can be effected, via its websites, in any way legally permissible and must be complied with for the time that they appear on the website, or until they are legally modified with updated and posterior versions. However, KING BARCELONA SL reserves the right to apply, in particular cases, Specific Terms and Conditions of Service which take precedence over these General Terms when deemed necessary, and with prior and appropriate notification.



INFORMATION PRIOR TO PURCHASE

KING BARCELONA SL notifies users that the online purchasing procedure for its website is described in the section “ONLINE CYCLING SHOP”.

KING BARCELONA SL also notifies users that the terms of use can be viewed by clicking on the section “TERMS OF USE”.

When making a purchase from KING BARCELONA SL via its website, the user or client declares that he expressly knows, understands and accepts the general terms and conditions of service. DELIVERIES IN SPAIN AND EUROPE:
  • This fee is for each package, without limitation on the products it contains. The shipping charges are calculated on the volumetric weight of the package, and not according to the number of products.
  • Bikes are not included in these fees and prices can vary according to destination. Make inquiries for further information.
  • Deliveries in mainland Spain will be made by the express courier Tourline Express, while deliveries to destinations on the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be carried out using the national postal service.
  • Deliveries to countries in the European Union will be made using the express courier GLS International.

4.- AVAILABILITY

The availability of products offered by KING BARCELONA SL on its websites may vary according to the client demand. Even though KING BARCELONA SL renews its stock on a regular basis, products ordered by clients may be out of stock at a particular time. In this instance, KING BARCELONA SL will send an e-mail to the client notifying them that the order is affected.

5.- ORDER DELIVERY

The order delivery time will depend on the product availability, the destination it is to be sent to and the type of delivery selected. Delivery time can range from 6 to 30 days.

7.- WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY

All products at Kingbarcleona.com have a warranty that covers any material or manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the delivery date, in compliance with legal requirements, Act 22/94.

If defective, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract negotiations that will be free for consumers and users. The seller is liable for the faults that become apparent within two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months after he has knowledge of it.

It does not cover damages caused due to negligence, bangs, wrong usage or incorrect handling, incorrect voltage levels, incorrect installation that is not carried out by the authorised technical service when required, or materials that have worn down as a result of normal use.

Products cannot be returned later than seven days after the order has been delivered.

Products cannot be returned unless they are in their original packaging, in perfect conditions, with the product in perfect working order and non-assembled.

Once the product has been received at the warehouses, KINGBARCELONA.COM will check its condition before a refund is made. If a client receives a faulty product, it can be returned to KINGBARCELONA.COM and the client will be given a full refund (product and delivery costs), although KINGBARCELONA.COM will be liable for this refund only.

I want to return a newly delivered item and receive a refund:

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within a 7-day time period from the date on which the product is delivered.

  • Products cannot be returned unless they come in their original packaging, in perfect condition and in perfect working order. Products cannot be returned if they have been used or installed.
  • It is essential that products are correctly packaged when they are returned. Products that are damaged as a result of inappropriate packaging will not be accepted for return. Products cannot be returned if they have tickets or labels stuck directly onto the product wrapper.
  • Return shipping charges will be paid by the client. Products with carriage due will not be accepted.

How will Kingbarcelona proceed?
  • Once the delivery has been received by our warehouses and we have checked that all the afore-mentioned conditions are met, Kingbarcelona will accept the product return.
  • A refund will be made in full for the product, using the same payment method that was used when the product was purchased. Clients will be sent an e-mail notifying them that the product has been returned and that the corresponding refund has been made.

All products purchased at Kingbarcelona are covered by their respective warrantees. In general, the warranty covers manufacturing defects.

  • If the warranty is accepted, we will send you the product exchange free of shipping charges.
  • If the warranty is rejected, the consumer must pay the return shipping charges.

  • We will notify you when you are allowed to proceed with the return.
  • If we judge the product to have been damaged or broken when it was delivered, Kingbarcelona will refund the return shipping charges. To make this possible, you should send a scanned copy of the delivery receipt to info@kingbarcelona.com
  • Kingbarcelona will only accept responsibility for refunding the return shipping charges when shipping was carried out by ‘Recorded Signed For’ (standard) delivery.
  • Kingbarcelona will send you the new product free of shipping charges.

If you have been sent a different product from that which is listed on your invoice, we will accept full responsibility for exchanging it.
